Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping to the 48 contagious states in the U.S.  All orders over $100 are shipped free.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail, please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to arrive after you have received your shipping confirmation.  Please be advised that Nailed by Key is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has shipped.  If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@nailedbykey.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

 

In-Store Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1110 Fidler Lane, Silver Spring, MD 20910. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11am to 5pm on Wednesday - Friday and 8am - 12pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Be advised that all orders need to be picked up within two business days of your order ready confirmation email.   If your order is not picked up within two business days it will be shipped at your expense.
